|  | PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS The Boston Gent Presidential Elections is looking for some Bostons to run for President. Does your Boston have what it takes to be the head of the pack? If you would like to nominate your Boston for Presidency follow the submission instructions below. There will be two positions
available at this level of the contest.
Supporters will vote for their favourite choice and the Candidate with the most votes will be elected President. The runner up Candidate will be Vice President. Of course no administration would be complete without a First Lady, or First Gentleman, so a Candidate will be awarded by a panel of BTRN board members as a cutest photo award at the end of both contests.
CABINET ELECTIONS
When The Boston Gent has been elected President he will be looking for some Candidates to run for his cabinet. There are twelve positions available. - Secretary of State
- Secretary of Health & Dog Services
- Secretary of Defense
- Secretary of Labour
- Secretary of Energy
| - Secretary of Education and Dog Training
- Secretary of of Agriculture
- Secretary of the Treasury
- Secretary of Commerce
| - Attorney General
- Ambassador to the UN
- Surgeon General

In this half of the contest you have the option of choosing which position you would like your Candidate to run for. Does your Boston have a lot of spunk, is he always on the go, then perhaps he would be best suited for the Secretary of Energy, or maybe your Boston is the best guard dog in town, then he would be just right for Secretary of Defense. Pick the position that suits your Candidate and then nominate him following the submission instructions below. Once all the nominations have arrived supporters will vote for their favourite choices. SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS To nominate an entry for Presidency:
- $5.00 entry fee per Candidate.
- Multiple submissions are allowed if you have more then one Boston.
- Only one photo submission per Candidate.
- Remember to include your name along with your Candidate's name.
- In 50 words or less tell us why your nominee would make a good President.
- Submissions may be sent via e-mail to the Web Master.
- If submitting an entry via e-mail please remember to include all necessary information with your entry.
- Please place the contest name in the subject line of your e-mail.
- Send entry fees to the address below.
CABINET ELECTIONS To nominate an entry for the Cabinet:
- $5.00 entry fee per Candidate.

CONTEST RULES
- You may enter your Canditates in both contests.
- If elected President or Vice President, you can't run for Cabinet.
- One vote per e-mail, per day, per Candidate. Duplicate votes will be discarded.
- Please do not spam for votes. Ask your supporters if they would like daily reminders.
- In 50 words or less tell us why your nominee would make a good President or Cabinet Member.
- Submissions may be sent via e-mail to the Web Master.
- If submitting an entry via e-mail please remember to include all necessary information with your entry.

- Submissions will be accepted from April 15th to November 1st, 2000.

The winners will be posted on the website until the inauguration in January 2001 of the newly elected President. They will also receive a certificate stating what position they were appointed to. Additional prizes will be awarded and will be posted once the contest begins. 100% of the proceeds raised from these contests will go towards
Boston Terrier Rescue Efforts. Remember to include your name, complete mailing address, pet's name and e-mail address with your photos. Please include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope if you want your photos returned. Any photos submitted without a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope will not be returned.  |
