The Boston Terrier Rescue Net, BTRN, has recently secured a limited number of copies for the out of print children's book, "Patch The Pup A Maine Adventure" by Dennis Twomey and Catherine Goudreau and illustrated by David Theriault. The profits will help fund medical expenses and care for sick, homeless and unwanted Boston Terriers."A delightful Maine wilderness adventure story about little Patch the Pup, who prefers his home in Boston, but learns important lessons and makes new friends on his Maine winter vacation. It is a story that today's children will understand and value as they follow Patch the Pup on his journey of discovery." That is what it says on the back cover.
"My view of it is, it's a wonderful story about a Boston Terrier who starts out being a stuck up, high society Boston taking his daily walks in the Boston Commons and heads to Maine (a favorite place of mine *G*) for the adventure of his life!
I do not want to spoil the story so I will say no more!"

The illustrations are adorable, all but one of the 48 pages has a drawing of
Patch and half of the pages are printed in full color.
